terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Twogether, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as well
as our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Twogether. By creating an account, you certify that
you meet the age requirement and are not listed in any sexual offender registry.
3. Account Creation and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login
credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account suspected of
fraud or violating these terms.

4. Rules of Use

Twogether is a respectful and welcoming dating platform. You agree not
to post any offensive, discriminatory, harassing, or illegal content.

Any abusive behavior may result in account suspension or deletion.

You may not use the app for commercial purposes without our
authorization.
User Safety:
- Users have the ability to block other users at any time.

Users may report objectionable content or abusive behavior directly
within the app.

Our moderation team will review and take action on reports within 24
hours, which may include content removal, warnings, or account
suspension.

We use content filtering systems (such as keyword blocking and
automated moderation tools) to prevent objectionable or harmful
material from being published in the app.
5. Content and Ownership Rights

By posting content on Twogether, you grant us a worldwide,
non-exclusive, transferable license to display it within the app.
- You guarantee that you own the rights to any content you share.

We may remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of
these terms.

Twogether has a reporting system that allows users to report
inappropriate content or abusive behavior. A dedicated team reviews
these reports (within 24 hours) and takes necessary actions, which may
include warnings, content removal, or account suspension.
6. Subscriptions and Payments (Apple In‑App Purchases)
Certain features of Twogether require payment via auto‑renewable subscriptions
purchased through Apple In‑App Purchases (IAP) on iOS.

Billing & merchant of record: Charges are billed to your Apple ID and processed
by Apple. We do not control Apple’s checkout and we do not store your full payment
details.

Auto‑renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within
24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Manage or cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings >
[your name] > Subscriptions or from your App Store profile.

Pricing changes: If the price of your subscription increases, Apple will notify you
and may request your consent; if you do not consent, your subscription will not renew
at the new price.

Trials & promos: If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, it converts to a paid
subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Unused portions
of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds: Payments are generally non‑refundable and we do not provide pro‑rated
refunds for partial periods, except where required by law or as permitted by Apple’s
policies. For billing or refund inquiries, please contact Apple Support.

Entitlement: If your subscription ends or we are unable to validate your entitlement,
access to premium features may be removed or downgraded. We may use
Apple‑provided purchase receipts and identifiers to verify your subscription status
and prevent fraud.
7. Limitation of Liability

Twogether does not guarantee the success of matches and is not
responsible for interactions between users.

We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of the app.

The app is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties.

Twogether implements security measures to protect user data from unauthorized
access, loss, or alteration. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot
guarantee absolute protection. By using the app, you accept the risks associated with
transmitting your information online.
8. Location Sharing
Twogether may request access to your location, but only with your
explicit consent.
- You may decline location sharing at any time.

Location is shared only when you manually check in; there is no option
for automatic or continuous background location sharing.

If you choose to display your location on the map, other nearby users
may see your approximate location.
9. Termination
- You can delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms.
10. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. By continuing to
use Twogether after a modification, you accept the new terms.
